OUR VISION
Our vision is to ensure children have the same opportunities as their peers including a right to a safe and secure family life which promotes their rights to safety and inclusion.
We aim to bring stability to the lives of the children living within our homes whilst equipping them with the skills to achieve and to make a positive contribution. The children will be given the full support from our dedicated and experienced staff team to make responsible life choices. Children will be treated as individuals whilst taking into account that they will have a variety of individual needs that are addressed in a positive and progressive manner as part of a clearly defined care plan. At SBL Care Services we feel it is important young people within the homes are supported to focus on their futures. Through direct work with dedicated staff we will focus on developing life skills, education and emotional resilience in preparation for their successful future.
We aim to achieve a standard of excellence in all our services and therefore welcome comments from any person having contact with SBL Care Services.

Our values as an organisation are reflective of those which would be evident in any safe, healthy and supportive living environment and we believe residential care should be a positive, enriching experience for children . This includes using fun activities and leisure time to develop relationships and social inclusion, which in turn helps to build the confidence and skills to handle the challenges of daily life. In fact, positive, productive and healthy relationships are the very platform for change. Once we have established a relationship based on mutual trust and respect, we nurture resilience in our children . This gives them a greater ability to look at the future more positively.

Residential Service
SBL Care Services offers a range of Good and Outstanding homes and each child placed will receive a minimum of 1 – 1 staff support, 24 hours a day provided through dedicated, qualified and experienced teams.
